Yes. The Free plan includes 1 active experiment, 1,000 visitors per month, and 4 test types (Product Image, Product Title, Button Color, and Description). No credit card required. No trial period. Use it as long as you want. When you need more experiments or test types, upgrade to a paid plan.

Your experiments will pause automatically when you hit your monthly visitor limit. No overages, no surprise charges. You can upgrade to a higher plan to resume immediately, or wait until next month when your visitor count resets. We send email alerts at 80% and 100% of your limit.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your ABSplitLab dashboard. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new features and your billing is prorated. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Active experiments that exceed your new plan limits will be paused, not deleted.

All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You get full access to all features of the plan during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged. Your Shopify account handles billing, so there's no separate credit card to enter.

A visitor is a unique browser session that sees at least one active experiment. If someone visits your store but doesn't view a page with an active experiment, they don't count toward your limit. Return visits from the same browser within 24 hours count as one visitor. Bot traffic is automatically filtered out.
